As a Human Resource Generalist, he possess over 2 decade cognitive experience, which overtime has horned his prowess in this regard.
His expertise includes but not limited to: Employee recruitment and retention, Staff development, mediation, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, HR records management, HR policies development, management reports, financial and tax advisory to mention a few.
He has worked with Ogun-Osun River Basin Development Authority, as Assistant Unit Head Personal, Training and Development manager, where he lead the hydro service company in employing over 700 professionals.
He also served in the capacity of Graduate Assistance at the prestigeous University of Ado-Ekiti in Ekiti state. He worked with Globalcom Nigeria and he was a valued asset to the organization.
His educational background was from Ondo State University, Ekiti, Nigeria, where he gained BA in Philosophy, University of Leeds, Leeds, Uk, where he advanced with Certificate in Business Process, Open University, Nigeria, where he further improved with Certificate in Finance Fundamentals and then to Middlesex University/Jindal Centre For Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship/Living in Minca, for a Certificate in Social Enterprise with numerous professional inclusions.
In his spared time, he relishes playing golf, travelling and meeting people. Seun is an absolute epitome of a thorough service professional that is higly insightful in providing organizational excellence.
