THE ACADEMY

The academy was founded as an on shoot of what Joseph Ogundare is passionate about, human capital development. It became necessary to push what he is most passionate about beyond himself. After due consultation with top asso­ ciates who had worked with him, this was set up as a vision that can impact the world with or without the founder him­ self. Our desire, passion and work to impact must continue and we must gradually begin to understand that this work is deep. Humanity must keep learning and it is our duty to impact all sectors. WORKPLACE GENERATION

Understanding the place of the five generation in organiza­tional culture & development is supreme to development in the workplace. Many organization fail to develop because of the inability of leadership & management to understand this fact.

Understanding it however can become the key that helps the organization develop and operate in so many dynamic ways.
